bitfa provides technological consulting, computing system auditing, and specialized courses in securing micro-transactions, digital asset management, and IT infrastructure optimization. Services are provided exclusively based on these terms.

2. User Rights and Obligations

• The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Access to the platform is personal and non-transferable.
• The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. bitfa Rights and Obligations

• bitfa guarantees the provision of services in accordance with applicable professional standards.
• The platform reserves the right to modify the terms, with 30 days prior notice.
• bitfa is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

4. Limitation of Liability

The total liability of bitfa for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months. bitfa assumes no responsibility for network interruptions or technical errors beyond its control.

5. Termination of Use

The user may request termination of access at any time, by written notice to info@bitfa.com. bitfa may suspend access in case of breach of terms, with 7 days prior notice.

6. Modification of Terms

Any modification to these terms will be communicated to users at least 30 days before coming into effect. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
